Maintenance Coordinator - Kenitra

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team in our plant in Kenitra, as a Maintenance Coordinator you will be asked to ensure Ensure the optimal functioning of Lear equipment and infrastructures while taking care of our employees safety and environment.

Your Missions
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in Lear plant including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
  • Check electrical and pneumatic installations of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance and OLT employees to meet current and future business requirements
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry
  • Keep maintenance KPIs report on daily activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality policies
To Be Successful For This Role
  • Previous working experience as a Maintenance responsible for 3 years
  • Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of wiring equipment
  • Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Language Skills: Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English and French.
