Poste :
This position is responsible for managing the SC processes/activities. These include the end to end chain from reception of finished product, warehousing and distribution.
Manage LSC operations in order to ensure a high customer satisfaction within constraints of lead time, costs optimization and within quality & HSSE performance targets.
Manage effectively all LSC interfaces: transport, supply, finance and CSC
Support to sales team for new opportunities growth.
Acts as ISO 9001 focal point for the Supply process
Follow up of Fuels stock & ensure update.
Principal Accountabilities
• Acts as an S&OP(Sales and Operations) owner for lubes:
- holds the forecast collect from sales, validation from all line of businesses and its consolidation.
- follows the forecast accuracy with sales (codes & volumes control)
- hold the process of new activities introduction from sales.
- communicate the forecast to Production Planner (SVLT)
• Ensure the efficient use of S&OP/IBP output, in term of planning supply plan for finished products
• Drive Improvement initiatives Including forecasting, Inventory (employed capital), OTIF (On Time In Full)
• Ensure availability of products
• Define, with sales, finished products stocks policy (SS: safety stock, ROP: reorder point, MOQ: minimum order quantity process implementation)
• Assist to Demand Review meeting: hold from IBP the forecasts after sales confirmation.
• Share forecasts with Lubes Planner (SVLT), prepare Submission –compare forecasts with historical data
• Send submission to SVLT who will forward it to SVL for local products and send submission to SVL OTC for imported products, follow up orders with SVLT/SVL (ERD-ETA- documentation…).
• Create finished Lubes OP’s beginning of each month
• Make finished Lubes receptions based on “Bon de Livraison” sent by depot
• Follow up of back orders, share with sales comments on B.O
• Follow up with SVLT/SVL of pending orders for imported products and production program for local products
• Manage effectively lubes stocks in line with finance standards: monthly lubes count
• In charge of finished Lubes inventories
• Follow up slow moving products on a monthly basis and acts as action plan lead
• Optimize Cogs variation and continuous communication to S&M
• Coordinate permanently with finance & supply team to ensure that all suppliers are paid on time
• Manage customers complaints related to SC
• Close follow up of fuels stocks and update
• Ensure vetting of vessels of bulk product : Fuels, LPG and Bitumen
• Initiate and drive a continuous improvement culture
• Compliance to HSSE standards for lubes operations
• Follow up of export operations: License to export, forecasts, customs clearances…, coordination between freight forwarder and customer
• Set clear objectives for subordinates in order to maximize their respective performance
• Participate in context analysis and analysis of risks and opportunities
• Put in place the action plans necessary for the achievement of the objectives as well as the corrective action plans following the failure to achieve objectives
• Ensure the treatment of non-compliances and claims of Supply Process
• Define actions to improve the Supply process
• Manage the knowledge related to the Supply process
Profil recherché :
- Engineer or Master degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Strong negotiating skills
- Deliver through others as there are multiple interfaces to deal with
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Excellent level in English & communication
- Mastery of MS tools, particularly Excel
