Our future Learning & Development Specialist will focus on delivering our Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives, reporting to the regional L&OD Manager.
He/She will support programs developing our people, assisting leaders with getting results the right way and providing L&D support to the Business.

Our future Learning & Development Specialist will focus on delivering our Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives, reporting to the regional L&OD Manager.
He/She will support programs developing our people, assisting leaders with getting results the right way and providing L&D support to the Business.
Missions: (but may not be limited to)
- Support and follow up the implementation of actions and communication around Employees Engagement Initiatives in the plant
- Ensure Pre certification check up and audits with all sites in order to be at the required level of the Lear playbook
- Lead Best practices and benchmark activities across the country
- Improve Communication around TWW in the plants
- Develop an L&D plan for Morocco in order to ensure a continuous support to local HR aligned with annual training plan
- Ensure focus Groups support and Training
- Coordinate the survey calendar follow up with local leaders and central team
- Education: Masters degree in HR Management or Marketing & communication
- At least 3 years experience in similar position
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good sense of organization and follow-up
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
