Job Purpose

The Learning & Development Manager runs efficiently JESA's learnings systems in alignment with the company's Talent Development policies, in coordination with the HR Business Partners and JESA Institute.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Acts as the owner of the development and sustained management of JESA's learning paths in alignment with the skills mapping and adjust them as required by the evolution of the business needs in collaboration with the HRBPs
  • Ensures the identification of the training needs and priorities based on the learning paths and in coordination with the HRBPs
  • Assists the Capability Building Champions in developing the training datasheet for new content/update and confirms the accuracy of the training content with the functional leadership before rollout.
  • Coordinates with JESA Institute the identification of external training needs and contributes to the selection of providers when required by JESA Institute
  • Acts as JESA Institute's correspondent within the HR team and facilitates the flow of information and adequate implementation of the training plans as defined by the HRBPs and the Functional Leaders
  • Ensures the adequate update of the employee's training records and certifications. Apply necessary operational and legal documentation to safeguard JESA's investment in employees skills development
  • Ensures the adequate follow up of the IDP and provides support to the HRBPs and Functional Leaders throughout the Talent Development Cycle
  • Provides regular reporting on the implementation of the IDP with a special focus on critical skills and top talents. Coordinate with JESA Institute the monthly training KPIs reporting
  • Conducts delayed evaluation to assess the level of learning transfers and adjust the learning path accordingly to ensure an optimized learning ROI

Education

  • Bac +4 / Bac +5
  • Curricula:  Human Resources or a related area required.

Global Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience is required for this role

Specific Experience in the position

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Training Manager
