Poste :
Responsibilities:
• Train and guide new hires on the process and product knowledge
• Develop on existing and new training material.
• Assist and ensure a qualitative follow-up of the new agents during their first weeks of production.
• Deliver ongoing training classes to existing agents for new products, services, customer service skills, program changes, and market launches.
• Conduct quality call monitoring jointly with the client, provide constructive feedback and consequently set up the action plans.
• Develop monthly quizzes.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Develop technical skills according to the product evolution.
• Comply with group policy and procedures in terms of security.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field
• A minimum of 12 months of proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer
• Experience in creating formal multimedia presentations
• Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Fluency in speaking khaleeji and/or Shami dialect (Golf countries dialect) will be a plus
