The Account Management team is growing and reorganizing. The Food Distribution market requires rigorous and personalized monitoring of its key accounts.
We are the refore looking for a Key Account Manager to take over a Key Account portfolio. The two main missions are to ensure a perfect quality of follow-up and satisfaction of the partnership and to increase the assets in management of each of the accounts. In the Account Management team, your role will be:
• To retain your portfolio of partners by ensuring them an irreproachable quality of follow-up
• To extend our car park by signing upsell contracts with these same partners
• To propose an action plan to boost the turnover of partners
• To convert your partners to our new services (cross-sell)
• To work on the development of new solutions for our partners
• To negotiate promotions with our partners in order to boost their appearances on the application and sales
