For our IT department, we're looking for our future IT opération intern, with the following profile:
Below are the requirements needed:

Monitor the functioning of IT applications and dashboards
Provide remote/on-site support to employees and the field team
Prepare and update documentation and reports
Maintain monthly dashboard and reports
Be ready and on-call and have a sense of urgency
investigating and resolving application data errors, data discrepancies, and queries
IT diploma or related field study is preferable
Assist with suggestions on reporting
Assist with Time in Motion research and maintain weekly visits to the field
Ensure common techniques and processes are followed and ensure training for users and client
Knowledge of VBA is a plus
Knowledge of Antivirus and backup solutions
Communication skills and Troubleshooting skills
Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware problems.

Hybrid position ( 2 days remotes / 3 days on-site ), based in Casablanca.
