You will :

  • Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell’s support services offers at After Point of Sale (APOS) to specified customer segments and/or geographical regions, ensuring best in class performance. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity

  • Proactively identifies customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes appropriate Dell Services

  • Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.

  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch

  • Experience within Sales is highly recommended,

  • Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective

  • Is proficient in a broader range of service offerings

  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs.
