Job Description

Acquisition :

• Identify potential influencers/streamers based on certain qualifications.

• Pitch and sign the influencers/streamers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and power users of Free Fire and influencers of competing games.

Productivity and performance:

• Establish and analyze metrics for monitoring and growing the influencer’s audience.

• Ensure that we can support the KOL to provide the highest quality content for Free Fire and gamer in general

Development :

• Provide feedback, guidance, and support for the KOLs content creation.

• Ensure that the KOLs that we support are informed about the latest news of upcoming features/products, promotional events, or game-related updates.

• Ensure continuous research, and updates on our competitor's movements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing talents, esports, or content-related industry.

• Arabic and English speaker.

• Familiarity with content creation space in the market (YT, FB, streaming services, Tiktok, etc).

• Has established relationship with KOLs and agencies in the market.

• Passionate in long-lasting business relationship building in the gaming industry.

• Comfortable with quantitative metrics and analysis.

• Provent rack record of operations and creatives.

• Ability to drive self-initiated independent projects and manage prioritization.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced, start-up environment with global stakeholders.
