We are looking for a Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques in linux servers
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency- Troubleshoot
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL/MariaDB), web servers (e.g.Apache or Nginx) OS (e.g. Linux).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Organizational skills
