Poste proposé : Fleet Coordinator
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for :
- providing managerial support to the local fleet management in accordance with NETIS Standards
- Working with concerned group managers and officers to improve Fleet interfaces aspects.
Main Responsabilities :
- Ensure Car Policy requirements and implemented
- Responsible for Audits compliance to group Fleet standards
- Supports local Fleet teams to meet validated targets
- Document and keep records of Fleet Management procedures
- Ensure monitoring and follow-up on Fleet fuel consumption to meet targets
- Control all Fleet incidents
- Sets up and enforces a process of Repair management
- Ensure follow-up on VH preventive maintenance plan ; Control all Fleet incidents; Interface with group Fleet suppliers; Ensures proper client interface
- Check and analyze reports to formalize action plan
- Decrease all Fleet related costs
- be a technical advisor on challenges related to Motor Vehicle mechanic
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Fleet Coordinator
- Master's degree in Motor vehicle mechanics or Electromechanics or any equivalent diploma
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Fleet manager or as a MV mechanic technical expert
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Decision Making, leadership and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and French.
