What You'll Be Doing

• The FP&A is responsible for facilitating financial processes for managing the business. He is responsible for the analysis and fluidity of financial information within the company.

• He plays an important role in assisting management in improving business performance through its financial and operational analyzes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the process of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning;
• Analyze actual figures against budget / forecast and the previous year;
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected deviations;
• Develop and continuously improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecasts;
• Prepare the monthly closing statements respecting the deadlines;
• Present monthly and quarterly financial reports for the entire company;
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives;
• Support the management team and department heads with analysis based on financial data;
• Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, quarterly and annual external financial statements, including quarterly reviews and related annual audits;
• Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful information and visibility into business performance

We'd Love You To Have

• A master's degree in Finance / Audit / Management control;
• Professional experience of minimum 4 years in finance;
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen;
• Flexible and able to work under very short deadlines;
• Comfortable with numbers;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluent English.
