Poste proposé : Finance Manager
We are recruiting for one of our clients a Finance Manager.
Missions :
- Supervision and prevention of finance and tax risks, follow news of Morocco laws to control potential local company operation risks.
- Ensure the reliability of the company's accounts. Establish and optimize development of financial process and system, in accordance with the legislation and group regulations.
- Understand the group development strategy and carry the strategy to the ground. Make Monthly/quarterly/yearly department plan and supervising the execution. Synchronize related departments to follow finance targets and regulations.
- Make team member training and development plan, managing team performance.
- Access different data system and sources, make analysis to support group business running.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Finance Manager
- Bachelor or above education degree, majoring in accounting and taxes is preferred.
- 10 years progressive finance experience. More than 2 Years finance team running experiences.
- Thorough understanding of local GAAP & IFRS (General Ledger Accounting and Financial Reporting duties). Financial certification (Accouting/Finance) is a plus.
- Ability to work with multi-currencies. International group experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required. Proficient in English and can delivery qualified work outcome with pressures.
- Good Skills with Microsoft Office. And experience with ERP system and SAP is a plus.
