Poste proposé : Finance & Administration Manager
The Finance & Administration Manager is expected to provide proper financial advice and effective financial management as well as manage the administrative functions of the office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure proper management of general and administrative expenses.
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.
- Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
- Develop and put into practice procedures for handling finances and accounting in accordance with local legislation and group policies.
- Ensure that the account records are up to date at all times, and are orderly well kept, and readily available for reference and audit when required.
- Ensure that the office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients, and manage contract and price negotiations.
- Manage office services by ensuring that office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, and supply requisitions are reviewed and approved.
- Be in charge of organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety ; and developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and inventory control.
- Monitor and manage the administration function, including office management and day to day administration.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Finance & Administration Manager
- Master’s degree in management, finance-accounting, control-accounting-auditing.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in managing finance and administration operations and reporting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Compliance oriented.
- Fluent oral and writing skills in English and French.
