Job Purpose

Assist Estimating Director in planning, coordinating and reviewing estimates, training of junior estimators,  and maintaining/updating procedures.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Lead estimates of big size projects for different industries and different contracting strategies
• Ensure all estimates are prepared in accordance with estimating procedures and J-Steps.
• Ensure all database information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Review all estimates prior to submission.
• Create, improve and adapt the estimating Work Instructions, deliverables templates, and estimating procedures.
• Prepare adequate estimating  staffing plan and budget for projects.

Education

• Bac + 5 (Engineer in preference)
• Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control

Global Experience

• More than 15 years

Specific Experience in the position

• Minimum 5 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 years minimum as a Lead Estimator
