Poste :
We are recruiting an HRIS Analyst who will be in charge of maintaining the system, implementing (process) improvements,ensuring data quality,and training users.You will also be the go-to subject matter expert for the systems used in the organization.
- Supports the development and further expansion of the HR systems.
- Supports integrating systems into the IT landscape.
- Analyzes business objectives and user needs and converts them into technical requirements.
- Performs technical configuration with guidance from product managers / SMEs
- Provides input on potential improvements to the system
- Responds to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response.
- Uses standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of application problems.
- Manage external SuccessFactors product documentation such as service guides, user guides, and other collateral.
- Acts as a role model to mentor more junior implementation specialists.
- Works with HRIS resources to define and document test strategies and cases.
- Creates appropriate end-user training materials and provides detailed solution training.
- Manages and confirms testing stages are completed as part of the wider project.
- Focuses on ensuring users can use digital investments to the fullest capability.
- Manages and measures the execution of adoption programs.
- Works with organization stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption.
- Develops strategies for overcoming obstacles and weak points.
