• Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the teams on site: Process managers, technical assistants, dilution staff.
- Ensures the implementation internal rules.
- Guarantor of the Organization, safety, Ethics in accordance.
- Guarantor of consumption per vehicle and operating budgets.
- Guarantor of quality service of technical assistance.
- Responsible for monitoring action plans.
- Ensures the dissemination of all information.
- Training and support for new recruits (Process Managers and technical assistants)
Qualification:
- Bac + 5 in engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of automotive OEM finishes and coatings experience desired
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint
