We are looking for customer and Planning Manager Ensure customer KPIs are green and maintain good result by managing Cs and planning team to ensure schedules accuracy and inventory to the low level.

Your Missions

• Meet Plant Budgets ATR and Forecasts for FG on a monthly basis
• Communicate Forecast for sales in weekly basis and production volumes.
• Excess & Obsolete reduction minimum for FG by identifying new ideas, ensure strong avoidance actions are in place.
• Premium Freight Costs - Outbound to be down to a minimum by attacking the identified root causes,
• Reduce SC related costs (Standard Freight, Packaging) by strong Supply Chain design, and continuous improvement,
• Manage and prepare overview on customer KPIs, by Access to all customers portals
• Support to solve customer claims with the team to reach the target for each customer,
• Ensure respect of procedure according to Sox,
• Track customer and production backlogs with the team to avoid any issue with customers,
• Ensure Planning adherence, OTIF, and enough stock to prevent customer line down,
• Ensure weekly MRP update with fresh volumes,
• Track customers variation and highlight by involving sales,
• Update MOS, MORM, in weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist with the team to solve EDI connection issues.
• Assist customer in case of emergency or shortage risk.
• Ensure Entitlement gets the core tool for FG inventory management
• Capacity analysis and logistics information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/porta or standard communications
• insure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Makes sure that all employees perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations and encourages them to be involved in the energy, environment, safety and health program.
• Provides employees with written job instructions for performing their work safely (e.g. Job environment, safety and health analysis and data sheet, Standard operating procedures, etc.).
• Performs frequent walk-throughs of areas, responds to environment, safety and health concerns and ensures that hazards are corrected as soon as possible and proposes energy suggestions.
  

To Be Successful For This Role

• University degree
• 3 years of experience in the automotive field
