What You’ll Achieve
- As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the customer’s advocate, ensuring sophisticated issues are dealt with quickly and effectively, while skillfully managing expectations.
- You will become a specialist in Dell Technologies products, solutions and capabilities, experimenting with new innovations and discussing established methodologies with your team.
You will :
Support customers in Middle East & African countries
Answer properly customer requests and fix non-technical issues by providing the best solutions & Managing open customer cases while providing continuous visibility to customers and ensuring effective follow-up until full resolutions of customer requests or issues
Provide guidance and online maintenance for the customers on the phone and through email support
Understand the customer needs and ensuring full ownership of all internal and external customer requests
Collaborate with all Dell departments and partners to ensure resolution for the best customer experience

Essential Requirements
Fluent communication in English and French
Minimum of 12 months relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel
Excellent communication and proactive customer service skills
Ability to deal with multiple requests/tasks and prioritize.
