We are hiring a Financial Planning Analyst (Contrôleur de gestion). Your Main tasks will be to:

• Prepare Sales and Margin reports by business unit and by SKU on a monthly basis;
• Analyze the sales actuals vs. Budget and Prior and explain variances;
• Drive the business planning and budget exercise;
• Coordinate with commercial team for sales forecast and follow-up achievement vs. Target on a timely manner;
• Ensure a timely allocation of overheads’ expenses by business unit;
• Provide necessary analysis of working capital on a timely basis;
• Ensure the ownership of the pricing process and highlight the major changes if any

Required Skills:
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Finance with a recognized business school;
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Finance Analysis, Control and planning;
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail;
• Well organized, action oriented, autonomous and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Advanced Excel (macro & interlinked spreadsheet) and PowerPoint skills;
• Fluent French and good level in English.
