Poste proposé : Chargé de Recrutement Anglophone (H/F)

We are currently looking for new colleagues who share our passion for hiring the best talent and thus strengthen our team even more.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Undertand the recruitment needs and selection criteria of the clients;
  • Create and publish job ads on relevant recruitment platforms;
  • Source, match and pre-select qualified candidates through different databases and social networks;
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates;
  • Interview candidates by phone and online (even face-to-face) and facilitate client interviews;
  • Conduct reference checks and other background checks as needed;
  • Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates by sourcing and building networks for current and future recruitment needs and facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates;
  • Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process;
  • Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our national and international sourcing channels and activities;
  • Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids and tenders.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and willing to learn every day, you will learn about the industries, the positions and the procedures.   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field;
  • HIGH ENGLISH PROFICIENCY;
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a must;
  • Proven track of successful recruitments;
  • Commercial and can do attitude;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change and be able to work under pressure when busy times come. We support each other however, your positive attitude and an open communication are crucial here;
  • You should have excellent interpersonal and networking skills as building your network and connecting easily with candidates will be the key for your success;
  • You should have an excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output. We really care about what we produce and we help each other ensure quality of output but, it starts with you;
  • You should be an excellent team player as our team work is based on great values such as inclusivity, trust, respect, integrity, collaboration, open communication and learning, among others;
  • You should be good at working for multiple clients at the time especially when the deadlines are tight;
  • A good sense of humour is highly welcomed and appreciated!
