Poste :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with the Business Management Pole objectives and needs. Duties for the HR business partner will include aligning faculty and staff to each schools objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, continual development, and maintenance of orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, contributing to the process of updating the policies and practices, and contributing to the initiatives of wellness and health. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall Poleobjectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of University functions, a Hospitalitymindset, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining Business Management Pole goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
RESPONSABILITES :
Attached to the Business Management Pole, you will have to perform the following tasks :
Communicate with the leadership team to anticipate recruitment and HR management needs.
Organize interviews and evaluate candidates according to the HR requirements.
Collect and synthesize payroll elements to report on a monthly basis.
Draft, review, and edit employment contracts.
Prepare reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and employment status.
Provide continuous assistance to team members via email, phone, and in-person communications.
Organize employee promotional, probational, and annual performance reviews.
Update and maintain employee databases and team support files.
Professional Appearance and Presentation according to the Dress Code Policy.
COMPETENCES REQUISES ET EXIGENCES DU POSTE :
The position is open to candidates having:
- Education level: a Bachelor to Masters Level Degree in Human Resources or Business Management relatedfield
- HR - Professional experience required : 3 to 5 years
- Excellent command of English and French
- Languages *Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Computer Software Experience Requirements: Employee Database Systems, Microsoft Office Programs(Word, Excel, PPT, Teams), Team management systems.
- Customer Service Mindset Required (2 or more years of Service Industry experience is preferred)
