You will be working as Business Financial Analyst and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Global Markets Division based in Casablanca; Morocco. In this role you will be reporting to Country Controller Manager and will be responsible to provide financial and controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identify trends and problems, communicate information to relevant groups, and recommend actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.

Your responsibilities

• Perform analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions. Perform benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers. Work with other finance professionals in Divisions/Regions/Countries/Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
• Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions.
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarize data, prepare reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Optimize own performance to increase productivity by eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gain.
• Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews and participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
• Ensure that all fiduciary requirements are fulfilled and preparation of local books as per local regulation and insure a good to local and external auditors.
• Support management with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment and insure risk review process implementation according to group instruction.
• Ensure the production of reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing, and application of funds.
  

Your background

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as Business Financial Analyst.
• Good to have experience in multinational organizations.
• Excellent oral and written communication in both English and French languages are mandatory.
