Our media business has been growing exceptionally fast both in terms of revenue and audience. As we are heavily investing to further grow Welovebuzz, we are looking for an experienced, ambitious and self-driven leader to join us as Senior Sales Manager.

The role

  • Reporting directly to the head of sales, you will be responsible for revenue growth and customer acquisition.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure continued focus on top priorities and effective communication of priorities across the sales team

  • Ensure day-to-day operations with the production team.

  • Set revenue targets and forecast future revenue using data and market insights

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Participate establishing processes and frameworks to optimize how the teams operate and encourage maximum impact, goal setting practices, autonomy, and accountability

  • Be the voice of the customer and make sure that we deliver an incredible customer experience and satisfaction

  • Manage relationships, partnerships, and collaboration with brands, agencies, and partners

  • Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data

  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting KPIs and data and turn it into tangible insights

Ideal candidate

  • 3+ years relevant experience in online media, technology or digital fields

  • Deep understanding of Sales-related functions

  • Adserving experience on Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus

  • Ability to apply structure/frameworks to unstructured problems

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail

  • Self-starter who can own strategic initiatives and KPIs from start to finish

  • Highly analytical and quantitative and used to making decisions based on data

  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines, can handle workload effectively

  • Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and writing skills.
