Responsible for attending and serving all of the dealers necessities in their established route. Ensure that the bank receives the documentation and requests needed in the contracts approval for the reimbursement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain a cordial business relationship the sales group and all of the personnel responsible for completing all business to be sent to the bank.
  • Carry out monthly visits to the different dealers, following the itinerary arranged by his or her supervisor.
  • Achieve new business referrals, throughout the promotion of Orientals products and services.
  • Sustain the production of disbursement contracts for the dealers, these being acceptable towards the banks specifications and in compliance with the production objectives established for his or her route.
  • Serve and attend to all of the necessities from his or her pertaining dealers.
  • Provide the dealers with all of the inventory necessary of all the material needed for the contract processing.
  • Receive the documents necessary for following through the disbursement from the dealers and deliver them to the Retail Bank area.
  • Review the documentations approvals and conditions in order to confirm congruity with the decision document. Also, make sure of receiving all of the evidences as requested by the Credit Officer.
  • Deliver the incentive payments to the vendors and management.
  • Provide the dealers with all of the information in relation of:
    • New Offers and Promotions
    • Rate Changes
    • Auctions
  • Inform management of any situation that may hinder proper production functioning from the dealer.
  • Notify of any situation and/or practice acted out by the dealer that may affect credibility, number of contracts acquired or the authenticity of any aspect in relation to Oriental Auto.
  • Keeping up to date of all market changes in order to determine the clients needs.
  • Be perceptive of any measures needed to be taken in order to counteract aggressiveness, marketing, interest rate offers and products offered from our competitors, keeping this information at the managements attention.
  • Participate in all activities in relation to: new product development, dealers activities, special sales, product training, visiting current clientele and future prospects when necessary.
  • Promote all of the products offered by visiting new and existing dealers, when needed.
  • Refer all dealers interested in being part of our Retail dealers network or of the Floor Plans corresponding area.
  • Any other task, as assigned by the Floor Plan.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, preferable, in Marketing or related area.
  • Two (2) or more years experience in financial banking.
  • Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
  • Broad knowledge of the industry and an ability to apply and develop innovative advances.
  • Communicates effectively and clearly with a broad range of employees across the organization, as well as external counterparts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a demonstrated ability to write communications clearly, concisely and effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, Internet and internal bank software.
  • Efficient concentration and organization.
  • Able to carry out teamwork.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Apt to handle external and internal people.
  • Experience in effective client interaction
