- Main Activities :
Provide administrative support to the manager and enhance office effectivenessPrepare case briefs and summarize meetings
Assist in updating reports for the managementLocate and develop case relevant information
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendarsMaintain contact lists
Benchmark legal cases for similar businessesDeal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, clients) on administrative aspects
Answer and direct phone callsProvides legal documents to other departments where needed
Profil recherché :
- Bachelor degree from university
- A total of 3 years of experience with at least 1 year as assistant
Knowledge :- Mastery of MS Office pack
- Techniques of taking notes and reportsSkills :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Meeting management and agenda planning
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure- Archiving techniques
Competencies :- Reactiveness
- Discretion- Availability
- Rigor and attention to detail
