Your role as a collection agent You take on the following tasks:
* Monitor customer risk on a daily basis (overdrafts due, unpaid bills, etc.),
* Manage by delegation other financial guarantees (financial information, guarantees, advances on consumption),
* Ensure by delegation the release of orders in compliance with procedures,
* Open and manage litigation cases by delegation (transfer to doubtful customer accounts)
* Ensure compliance with litigation procedures and stages,
* Monitor, manage claims reporting,
* Declare claims by separating privileged party,
* Sensitize the sales forces to financial issues with diplomacy,
* Creation and sending of files to service providers responsible for collection.
