Job summary :
Learning and Development Manager main role is to manage training and knowledge related processes in order to deliver first in class experience to customers.
Main responsibilities
Training Management :
- Analysis of current training needs and preparation of new training materials based on data analysis (with cooperation with the Client)
- Training and Onboarding organization and logistics (NH and Upskill)
- Driving readiness activities, both onboarding and continued development
- Evaluation of trainings’ efficiency
- Identifying and escalating emerging issues
- Implementation and documentation of processes
- Analysis and optimization of current processes
- Cooperation with SDM and OMs in order to achieve and maintain desired level of performance
- Strong collaboration with Quality Coordinator in order to achieve and maintain desired level of performance
- Assessment: knowledge check for QAs/Coaches/TMs
Trainers Management :
- Trainers Recruitment and Onboarding
- Evaluation of trainings’ efficiency
- Training Observation and related feedback to the trainers
